CDS1000 Cryogenic Monitor

Turbines, Inc.’s Cryogenic Totalizer Model CDS1000 accurately computes and displays in real-time actual flow parameters in real-time in both digital and graphic formats. The monitor comes with a wealth of standard features, including Bluetooth wireless printer interface, selectable engineering units. It is programmable via front keyboard and continuously corrects measured volume as product temperature changes

FML250 Liquid Flow Monitor

Designed specifically for liquid applications to accurately compute and display actual flow parameters. FML250 monitor is front keypad programmable, features an LCD display, and allows for 2-40 point linearization for enhanced metering accuracy

HA Series Turbine Flow Meter

Our High Accuracy turbine flow meters are built with extremely tight tolerances only achievable with our precision manufacturing processes, stringent quality control, and in-house calibration capabilities. Specifically engineered to meet the strict standards required for custody transfer, the High Accuracy Meter delivers +/- 0.5% or better accuracy and +/- 0.1% repeatability for low viscosity applications.

HP Series Turbine Flow Meter

The HP Series: High Pressure Liquid Turbine Flow Meter offers all stainless steel precision machined components with CD4MCu and/or 416 stainless steel rotor.

Installed SLGM0200L Slim Line Meter

The SLGM Series turbine flow meter delivers accurate measurement in a variety of applications, including oil & gas. This durable, compact design meter is specifically engineered to withstand rugged conditions and delivers accurate results while sustaining the same long service life as our full-sized turbine meters. The SLGM Series is a specialized slim design meter that allows for the removal of all internal parts as a single unit. Designed for installation between two flanges, the SLGM Series utilizes a significantly more robust rotor and support assembly than those found in competing products. The SLGM Series can be flexibly positioned in a variety of thin line piping applications and delivers +/- 1.0% standard accuracy over the flow range.

QC Series: Quick Change Turbine Flow Meter

The Quick Change Meter allows for quick replacement of the internal components, without the need to remove the entire meter from its installation point – allowing customers to maintain process efficiency and accuracy with minimal downtime, mitigating an opportunity for pipeline shift. The meter’s unique body allows it to handle working pressures up to 1,500 psig.

RetroFit Kits

All internal components for any series turbine, standard and heavy duty options available to install in the field to avoid costly delays returning meters repair. All kits are calibrated.

TM Series Turbine Flow Meter

The TM Series features our same ruggedized, stainless steel construction with CD4MCu and/or 416 stainless steel rotors, line sizes from 3/8 inch through 10.0 inch to fit various application requirements. End connection is NPT threaded standard, however victaulic, flanged, or sanitary ends are available.

TMC Series Cryogenic Flow Meters

Upstream and downstream flared transition piping is available for all end fittings. For enhanced accuracy flow straighteners can be installed in the upstream section of pipe.

TMX Corrosive Liquid Flow Meter

Designed specifically for corrosive applications, the TMX Corrosive Series provides highly accurate measurement in rugged conditions, durability and longevity when only the most reliable equipment will suffice.

WM Series Turbine Flow Meter

The WM Series: Liquid Wafer Style Turbine Flow Meter offers all stainless steel precision machined components with CD4MCu and/or 416 stainless steel rotors in line sizes from 3/8 inch through 8.0 inch. Wafer-style refers to meters that are installed between existing process piping flanges.
