Electromagnetic Flow Meter

OleumTech's H Series Electromagnetic Flow Meter, bi-directional flow measurement is independent of fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity. Provides best-in-class seamless PTFE lining material, with two measuring points inside the meter with no moving parts to eliminate pressure drop.

OTC Wireless High Level Switch Transmitter

The OleumTech® “HL1” High Level Switch Transmitter provides two actuation points for detecting high and high-high liquid level conditions. The transmitter can also report transition counts. This device reports to the Gateway every five minutes. This ultra-low-power transmitter is powered by a replaceable battery pack that provides up to a 10-year life. The push button LCD interface allows for device configuration and instant access to process data.

RS485 Modbus Flow Totalizer

OleumTech's RS485 Modbus Flow Totalizer, is designed to work with virtually any third-party turbine flow meter, measuring accumulated flow rates and volume. The HW5000-FT1 Flow Totalizer is certified for use in Class I, Division 1 (Zone 0) hazardous locations, and can be serviced without being removed from the process.

Wireless High Level Switch Transmitter

OleumTech's “HL2” High Level Switch Transmitter is a side tank mounting solution for detecting high liquid level conditions. The HL2 Transmitter can also report transition counts. The HL2 utilizes on-delay exception reporting method and users can set the debounce filter ranging from 20 ms to 2000 ms to control just when the high level detection occurs.

Analog Input Module - Analog Inputs to the DH1

The OleumTech® Analog Input Module is designed for easily adding four high resolution analog inputs (24-bit ADC) to the DH1 Base Unit Wireless Gateway. Each input can be independently selected for either 0-10 V or 4-20 mA mode of operation.

Analog Output Module - Analog Outputs to the DH1

The OleumTech® Analog Output Module is designed for easily implementing four analog outputs to the DH1 Base Unit Wireless Gateway. Each input can be independently selected for either 1-5 VDC (3-wire) or 4-20 mA (2-wire) mode of operation.

Analog Pressure (JP4) Transmitter

The JP4 is designed for connecting up to four 0-5 VDC analog pressure sensors and providing high resolution 24-bit analog to digital conversion (ADC). The Transmitter provides up to 9.5 VDC to each analog output source. The Transmitter relies on power from a replaceable battery. The system is engineered to achieve maximum battery life, providing +10 years of life from a single battery.

CP1 Cathodic Protection Transmitter

OleumTech's CP1 Cathodic Protection Transmitter Kit is designed to help monitor the integrity of a cathodic protection system by monitoring both current and voltage. The CP1 Transmitter provides its users the flexibility of selecting the Current Range: 0-20, 0-40, or 0-80 Amp. It also provides 0-50 Voltage DC input for monitoring cathodic rectifier DC Voltage output.

DH1 Wireless Gateway (Base Unit)

OleumTech's DH1 Base Unit Wireless Gateway plays an instrumental role in the OTC Sensor Network by wirelessly collecting critical process data from OTC nodes including Transmitters, I/O Modules, and other Gateways. The gateways have the ability to communicate with one another.

Digital I/O Module - Expansion Solution

The OleumTech® Digital I/O Module is designed for easily expanding discrete inputs and outputs to the DH1 Base Unit Wireless Gateway. Each channel can be independently software-configured as input, counter, output, or pulsed output. The Module supports any mix of inputs and outputs.

Flow Totalizer (FT1)

OleumTech's FT1 Wireless Flow Totalizer Transmitter is designed to work with virtually any third-party flow turbine meters for accumulating volume of liquid with high accuracy of ±0.01 %. Users have the ability to set the contract hour and set the flow rate to per second, minute, hour, or day. Users can also match the k factor and k factor units and display the volume output in barrels, liters, gallons, or cubic meters.

Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) Gas Detection Transmitter

Multivariable Transmitter

OleumTech's H Series Multivariable Transmitter is a versatile 3-in-1 instrument designed to deliver precise measurements of both differential and static absolute pressure (high side) along with process temperature through an external PT100 ohm RTD sensor (4-wire). The MVS Transmitter supports RS485 Modbus and is easy to install and operate since it effortlessly integrates with popular third-party flow computers.

OTC Wireless Hydrostatic Level Transmitters

Level Transmitters measure level by monitoring pressure at the bottom point of vented top mount tanks, deep wells, water towers, rivers, and lakes. WT-LL4 direct mount version includes a specified length hydrostatic pressure sensor and direct mounting solution while the WT-LL5 allows users to select their own sensor and mounting method.

OTC Wireless Thermocouple Transmitter

The OleumTech's “TC1” Thermocouple Transmitter supports third-party type K thermocouple sensors for monitoring extreme heat process conditions including flare, kilns, and gas turbines. The TC1 Transmitter features 24-bit analog to digital conversion (ADC) and provides a reliable method of measuring temperature.

RS485 Resistive Tank Level Sensors

OleumTech’s Resistive Level Sensors level monitoring solution that offers industry-leading 5-in-1 monitoring capabilities: product (oil), interface (water), the temperature, along with two discrete inputs for connecting to dry contact sources. HW-RL3-LCD also has the ability to calculate and report volume and tank full percentage data.

RTD (RT1 & RT2) Wireless Temperature Sensor/Transmitter

RT1 & RT2 are ideal for monitoring air, gas, water, or liquid temperatures with high accuracy of ±0.1 °C. The RT1 direct mount version includes a 4-wire Platinum 100 ohm sensor where users can select the length ranging from 2 to 18 inches. It supports temperature ranging from -65 °F to 500 °F (-55 °C to 260 °C).

RTD Temperature Transmitter

Tank Level Switch

Tuning Level Switches

OleumTech's H Series Tuning Forks, designed based on the tuning fork principle for providing point level detection for alarm, monitoring, and control applications. When in air, the tuning fork vibrates at its natural frequency, but when immersed in a particular medium, the frequency drops & provides an output state change.

Wireless Analog Input Module

Wireless Analog/Discrete (AD1)

The OleumTech® AD1 Wireless Pressure Gauge Transmitter is designed for connecting up to three 0-5 VDC pressure gauges or analog sensors, providing high resolution 24-bit analog to digital conversion (ADC). The Transmitter provides up to 9.5 VDC to each analog output source. The AD1 has the ability of calibrating zero and max points. It provides removable wiring terminal blocks in its junction box housing to facilitate the wiring process.

Wireless Digital I/O Module

The OleumTech® Wireless Digital I/O Module is designed to accommodate various input and output signal needs without permitting, trenching or running conduit for fast commissioning. This Module provides a quick and scalable solution for expanding digital I/O points in any OTC Sensor Network. The Digital I/O Module supports any mix of inputs and outputs with six digital channels that can be independently configure via BreeZ® Software.

Wireless Discrete (DS1)

The OleumTech® Wireless Discrete Transmitter with local display features two discrete (digital) inputs for connecting to a dry contact or open-drain output/NPN source for notifying state changes.
