Following the merger of Greyline Instruments and Pulsar Process Measurement, it was decided the newly formed, combined business would rebrand in late 2019 to become Pulsar Measurement. The aim was to create a stronger platform and carry on supporting customers with a wider range of complementary technologies and services from a single brand identity. Since 1986, Greyline-Pulsar has developed, manufactured and marketed industrial flow and level monitoring instruments including ultrasonic level transmitters, clamp-on ultrasonic flow meters, and open channel flow meters for a variety of applications worldwide.
AVFM 6.1 Area-Velocity Flow Monitor
Measure flow through partially filled pipes, channels, canals and turnouts without a flume or weir. Ideal for wastewater, stormwater, effluent, industrial wastewater and irrigation water. Configuration is simple: enter the pipe diameter or channel shape and the AVFM 6.1 computes the flow volume and displays the flow rate. Measure forward and reverse flow and calibrate to channels of any shape.
Blackbox 130
Blackbox 130 is a compact low-cost intelligent controller that offers non-contacting level measurement. The Blackbox 130 features a 4-20mA output, which can be supplied isolated or non-isolated, proportional to level and two alarm or control relays.
dBi HART Transducer Series
The Pulsar dBi HART Transducer Series are a range of self-contained, intelligent non-contacting ultrasonic level measurement transducers which make use of HART communication protocols to make plant integration simple. Four range choices are available with either 3m, 6m, 10m or 15m range (10ft,
20ft, 33ft or 49ft).

DFM 6.1 Doppler Flow Meter
Designed for "difficult liquids" that would damage regular flow meters - wastewater, slurries, sludge, chemicals, viscous liquids and abrasives. There is no obstruction to flow and no pressure drop. The non-intrusive, clamp-on ultrasonic sensor fits any pipe 1/2" (12.5 mm) Inside Diameter or larger. The DFM 6.1 features enhanced performance in a wide range of applications. Improved industrial noise immunity filters potential interference souces.
DFS 5.1 Doppler Flow Switch
The DFS5.1 Clamp-on Flow Sensor installs without cutting the pipe. The sensor continuously injects high frequency sound through the pipe wall and into the moving fluid where acoustic pulses are reflected back to the sensor from particles or bubbles in the fluid. The unit includes On and Off relay set-points and time delay options with LED bargraph for flowrate.
DLT 2.0 Differential Level Transmitter
Simple solution for barscreen level control at wastewater treatment plants, headworks, pump stations and combined sewer systems. Install a sensor on each side of mechanical barscreen to continuously monitor, transmit and control level. Built in control relays or 4-20mA outputs automatically activate the barscreen rake at preset levels.

ISM 5.0 Insertion Magmeter
The Accurate, Low Cost Alternative to Full-bore Magnetic Flow Meters. Measure flow of water and conductive liquids in full pipes from 3 to 72" (80 to 1800 mm) diameter. The dual pair electrode sensor inserts through a tap in the pipe wall. It can be easily installed in new pipe systems or by hot tap in pressurized pipes with flowing liquids. There are no moving parts so obstruction to flow and pressure drop is minimal.
LIT25 Level Indicating Transmitter

Stingray 2.0 Portable Level-Velocity Logger
For flow surveys in open channels and partially filled pipes. The sealed ultrasonic sensor mounts on the bottom of the pipe or channel. Stingray operates on standard Alkaline D-cell batteries for up to four years. The built in 130,000 point datalogger stores level, velocity and temperature readings at programmable intervals. Logger software included.
TTFM 6.1 Transit Time Flow Meter
Accurately measure the flow rate of relatively clean, non-aerated liquids like potable water, raw water, cooling water, de-ionized or reverse-osmosis water, oils and chemicals in full pipes. Ultrasonic transducers mount on the outside of a pipe without shutting down flow. Flow rate is displayed on the large, backlit display, along with total volume, signal strength, relay status, and other diagnostic values.
